virtualtrapdiva asked: what program do you use to make your midi?
we don’t create any of the content on this blog, except for the occasional captions and the midi monday write-ups. everything we post on is found on old geocities, angelfire, tripod, etc sites.
midi monday: britney spears - …baby one more time
somehow i don’t think we’ve ever done this song for midi monday, even though it is one of the most quintessential “90s kids will remember this” 90s songs. i’m sure forty, fifty years from now, in the same way old folks are always telling all the young’ns that they remember exactly where they were when kennedy was shot, we’ll be telling them exactly where we were when “…baby one more time” debuted on total request live. brings a tear to my eye, even now.
This gif is still in use on my favorite pizza place’s website.
midi monday on wednesday: gin blossoms - hey jealousy
my apologies for this midi being late. speaking of being late i didn’t know the gin blossoms existed until like four years ago. i honestly thought sister hazel, del amitri, hootie and the blowfish, counting crows, and gin blossoms were all the same band.
